We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Customer Service Specialist.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying item specifications, prices, and quantities to guarantee precision in order fulfilment.
- A key responsibility will be to conduct stock allocation checks to issue Purchase Orders to factories and suppliers promptly.
- Critical coordination is essential between customers, factories, suppliers, warehouses, and freight forwarders to achieve On Time In Full shipments.
- Shipping requirements must be coordinated efficiently between factories, suppliers, warehouses, and customers.
- Clients' inventory levels will need to be managed proactively to meet demand.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience in logistics, particularly shipping and order fulfilment.
- A diploma or higher qualification is required.
- Experience with SAP systems is advantageous.
