Descriptions
To coordinate shipments with customers, suppliers, freight.
To process online freight bookings via the system.
To follow up on booking confirmation with carriers.
To prepare booking confirmation to customers.
To follow up on any required approvals and etc.
To prepare documents, invoices, debit and credit notes.
Any other duties when being assigned.
Requirements
Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in Shipping and Logistics.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin‐speaking associates in view of business communications.
