Customer Sevice Executive (Import)
Contact point for Airfreight Import, to manage customers for movement of import shipments.
- Follow up on urgent shipments & liaise with stakeholder (Warehouse / Operations / Billing / Sales)
- Ensure that customers' expectations are being met and mapped in SOP
- Regular Business Review with Customers (MBR /QBR)
- Perform process including Billing and follow up on billing disputes.
- Good written and communication in English and proficient in MS Excel

Customer Sevice Executive/Officer (Export)
- Attend calls and provide flight details to customer upon receiving booking within the SLA.
- Check on Export Documents accordance to compliance and Airfreight rates apply is correctly.
- Apply export permit and other export custom documents processed on timely manner
- Monitor onboard status and informed customer on any abnormality.
- Liaise with departments to address the concern (Ops , Warehouse , Traffic , planning team)
- Update on new changes / requirement by airlines or governmental requirement
- Ensure monthly customer report is submitted.
