Responsibilities
Assist customer on their booking and reservation
Provide a good customer service to the customer
Assist in collecting payment
Generate report at the end of the day
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of front-end customer service experience
Experience in the hotel/resort industry will have added advantageous
Able to perform shift duties and work on weekends/public holidays
