Responsibilities
Delivering a positive and memorable experience for every passenger.
Managing check-in procedures and welcoming passengers as they arrive.
Ensure the departure process is seamless and efficient for all travelers.
Support passengers with special needs, offering dedicated assistance as required.
Delivering customer service in premium lounges at Changi Airport.
Qualifications
Must be comfortable with 3 rotating shift (Morning, Noon, Night, based on roster)
Possess experience in customer service related position are welcome, professional training provided
