Respond to customer, distribution partner, and policyholder enquiries via email, mail, and fax within expected turnaround times.
Manage and resolve issues, appeals, feedback, and minor complaints related to insurance matters.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Identify and mitigate business and regulatory compliance risks.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and best risk management practices.
