Your Role:
Provide high‐quality support via phone and email.
Diagnose customer needs, resolve issues, ensure first‐contact resolution.
Follow up across internal teams to close cases per standards.
Suggest improvements for tools, procedures, and service quality.
Build strong customer relationships and maintain company service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: A' Levels/ Diploma or above.
1–2 years in contact‐centre or service roles preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
Excellent verbal & written English and the language of the supporting market.
Strong communication, empathy, time-management, and team collaboration.

Training (up to 4 weeks)
Work location: Chai Chee, Bedok
Salary Remuneration: Attractive basic salary with monthly KPI incentives
5-day work week (Mon–Fri office hours)
