Job Responsibilities:
- Attending to customers' enquiries
- Manage facilities and run system operations
- Handle urgent issues to keep things running smoothly
- Count and check all payments at the end of the shift using the POS machine report
- Help the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily work on the ground
- Carry out any other tasks when needed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of Cashiering and Customer Service experience
- A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude
- Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
- Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
Working Hours / Location:
- Rotating Shift: 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off
- 10am to 10pm / 10pm to 10am (with 2 hours break)
- Company transport provided Pick up from Boon Lay / Jurong East MRT station
- With attractive Allowances + Incentives
