Responsibilities:
General IT Support
· Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and ticketing system
· Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and application issues
· Resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary
· Document and track support requests for accurate resolution and follow-up
· Guide end-users with troubleshooting steps and provide ongoing support
· Assist with hardware setup, software installation, and system configurations
· Perform IT maintenance, backups, and off-hour IT tasks as required
· Conduct basic IT training sessions for end-users.
