Employment Type: Full-Time/ Permanent

Our Client is a learning centre for primary and secondary level students.

They're committed to create an enriching learning experience that empowers students to excel in their studies.

The Role

As their Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our students, parents, and visitors feel supported and valued.

You'll be the first point of contact—providing information, managing enrolments, answering inquiries, and assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Manage enrolment and class scheduling systems
  • Resolve concerns when the need arise
  • Share program information with customers.

  • Support teachers and administrative staff with daily operations
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Other duties associated with the role and assigned by the line manager.

Work Hours

Weekdays: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (inclusive of a one-hour meal break)

Saturday or Sunday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (inclusive of a one-hour meal break)
