Customer Service Officer (1-Year Renewable Contract)
Location:
- Senoko (Company transport provided from Sembawang MRT)
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and manage customer appointments.
- Handle enquiries via phone and email regarding appointments and installation matters.
- Send reminders through SMS/email for scheduled appointments.
- Attend to sales enquiries and promote the company's services.
- Liaise with contractors on customer service-related issues.
- Work in a call centre environment.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm or 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm
