Key Responsibilities
Business & Operations Performance
Prepare financial performance reports for assigned programs.
Work with clients on new initiatives and close performance gaps.
Customer Service
Provide proactive and responsive communication to client queries.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain service excellence.
Operations & Order Fulfilment
Track and monitor clients' KPIs, resolving gaps with internal teams (Logistics, Production, Quality).
Ensure orders are processed on time and shipments are picked up promptly with freight forwarders
Billing & Projects
Ensure timely and accurate billing to clients.
