Customer Service Officer



Job description

There are 3 different types of roles of Customer Service.


(A) Customer Service Specialist (Call center in Singapore) (In-bound calls) (7 headcounts)
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.


Responding promptly to customer inquiries on general and transactional enquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels.


Acknowledging and resolving customer requests.


Customer outreach to encourage the use of digital services.


Consistently deliver high quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk standards.


Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve all customer queries and requests.


Able to multi-task while speaking to customers and toggle between system application screens in a fast-paced environment.


To consistently meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery
To adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct in dealing with customers & fellow colleagues
Operating Hours are from 8.30am – 8.30pm, on 5-day work week with rotating shifts, Mondays to Sundays and public holidays.


(B) Customer Service officer Bank Branch Representatives (Bank Branches in Singapore)
Attend to walk-in customers
Handle over-the-counter transactions in an efficient and accurate manner (including cash deposits and withdrawals)
Assist in customers’ enquiries and ensure Bank’s service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
Prospect and introduce customers to the Bank’s products and services
Educate and migrate customers towards our digital platform
Drive service excellence in the areas of customer satisfaction - customer wait time, problem resolution and customer feedback / escalation / complaint
Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalated to Management in a timely fashion
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Contributes to self and team effort by accomplishing related results
Promote, sell & retain: Perform outbound calls to promote, upsell + retain loan products
Objection handling: Manage and handle customer’s resistance and objections
Leads management: Maximise conversions within timeline for leads assigned
Requirement
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer objections
Sales-driven & result oriented mindset
Prior Sales experience is a plus
