Position Overview

We are seeking Customer Service Officers to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers.

This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and supporting our sales and operations teams.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide product knowledge and technical guidance on BUZUD medical devices, including CGMS and other healthcare solutions.

  • Assist customers with order placement, returns, warranties, and after-sales support.

  • Manage service requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring resolution within agreed timelines.

  • Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Technical Support teams to coordinate solutions.

  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

  • Support retail activities, roadshows, and in-store customer service initiatives when required.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection (PDPA), and healthcare regulations.

  • Contribute to customer service improvement projects and SOP development.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Customer Service, Healthcare, or related field.

  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare, retail, or medical devices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil is a plus).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems (CRM).

  • Ability to multitask, handle stress, and resolve issues calmly and effectively.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
