Customer Service Officer Job Opening In Tampines Estate – Now Hiring AGrader Learning Centre


Job description

Dear Administrators,

We are looking for Part-time Customer Service Officers to work together with us in a great & positive working environment at our tuition centre in the East area at Tampines (Income at Tampines Junction).
(Students that are interested to gain experience in customer service excellence are welcome to join us)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to students, parents, and visitors entering the tuition centre, addressing inquiries about programs, schedules, and services.

  • Aid in the registration process for new students, including paperwork completion and fee collection.

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments promptly and courteously.

  • Maintain a clean shopfront and assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.

  • Lastly, we will pay you a GOOD salary because we all need money to survive, don't we?

    We are NOT low-balling employers who try to cut you by giving you a low salary and telling you to you learn first, we see how next time...

    but the next time never comes…

We are looking for suitable Part-time Customer Service Officers to work on:

  • Tuesday and Wednesday - 2:30pm to 9:30pm

(Must be able to work on both Tuesday and Wednesday.

A minimum 1-year commitment is required, with at least 2 working days per week.)
