Customer Service Officers - Day Shift | Full time | Botanic Garden MRT
Working Hours/Pattern: 7.30am to 7.30pm/4 Days per week
Basic Salary: $2000 + MPI (Monthly Performance Incentives)
Job Scope
Provide customer service and handle visitors’ queries
Perform roving duties around the gardens and visitor information duties
Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service
Ensure the safety of the visitors and assist with crowd management
Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors
Perform service recovery where necessary
Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors
Requirements
Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent
At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous
Enjoy working with the general public at outdoor environment
Work experience in hospitality, tourism, attractions sectors would be preferred
Good communication skills and good command of English
