The Job
- Provide frontline verification service for foreign workers at the counter.
- Handle daily backend duties like extracting workers' data, exporting workers' data to e-certificate template, sending of e-certificate to workers via email.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
- Assist in replying to the customers' queries via Customer Feedback Management System (CFMS) on with queries related to the platform

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Organized, meticulous with good communication skills and positive attitude.
- Work independently as well as a team in a fast-paced environment.
