As a Customer Service Representative (Call Centre), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Handle and follow up on customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media platforms.
- Effectively manage a large volume of inquiries in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
- Schedule patient appointments at the clinic.
- Operate and utilize the clinic's management system.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding dental treatments and procedures.
- Perform daily operational tasks within the Customer Service department.
- Foster lasting relationships with customers through clear and engaging communication.
- Understand and evaluate patients' needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Warmly welcome customers and determine the reason for their call or visit.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to maintain quality service delivery.
- Prepare basic reports on confirmed appointments and patient follow-ups.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Possess a min NITEC qualification.
