Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-of-house service, including seating arrangements and guest flow coordination.

  • Serve products promptly and in accordance with brand presentation standards.

  • Answer phone calls professionally and provide accurate store information to customers.

  • Be fully familiar with the menu and all products sold, and confidently explain them to customers.

  • Handle the order-taking process and ensure accurate and neat packaging for takeaway items.

  • Maintain overall store cleanliness, including dining and service areas, to ensure a welcoming environment.

  • Follow material handling protocols to ensure minimal waste and safe use of resources.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of service experience is preferred but not necessary.

    We offer training for those without experience.

  • You must be able to commit to work for at least 4 months.

  • You must be able to work a minimum of 18.5 hours per week (including 1 day on the weekend).

  • Have good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn.

  • Have a warm and cheerful personality.

  • Able to communicate well with customers.

  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.

  • Able to work independently and in a team.

  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
