Job Summary
To provide exceptional guest service as a Customer Service Representative, answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Key responsibilities include handling high call volumes, managing in-room dining orders, assisting guests with queries and requests, and engaging with guests across multiple platforms.

- Become familiar with hotel services and amenities to effectively respond to guest inquiries.
- Develop strong communication skills to build rapport with guests, team members, and external partners.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including wake-up calls, in-room dining orders, and guest feedback.
- Support administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, filing, and updating reports for supervisors.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
