- 1-2 years experience in customer service
- Understand how to process purchase orders, sales orders, sales quotations
- Logistic knowledge (Shipping, air freight)
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Good to have knowledge in Business Central (Microsoft) ERP
- Able to communicate with both internal and external parties
- Open to learn and cheerful disposition
