About the role

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-paced call centre team.

In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Your primary responsibilities will be to handle inquiries, process transactions, and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing prompt and courteous customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
