Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead on-the-ground implementation, training, and value realization for Verifi customers.
This role is highly field-based and hands-on, working directly with concrete producers, operators, and site managers to ensure successful system adoption and sustained performance.
You will be the face of Verifi at customer plants—training users, solving problems, ensuring accountability for action items, and making sure our technology translates into real-world results.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as the on-site champion for Verifi's technology across assigned customer plants
· Deliver hands-on training for plant personnel, drivers, contractors, and inspectors
· Ensure the full value landing of Verifi's solution by monitoring adoption, resolving operational challenges, and tracking key metrics
· Coordinate post-installation onboarding to ensure customers understand how to fully utilize the system
· Support coordination of system installations, upgrades, and hardware removals
· Collaborate with Field Service teams to troubleshoot technical issues, including approximately 15% of time assisting with in-field truck system repairs
· Follow through on customer action items, ensuring agreed changes or improvements are implemented
· Build strong relationships with on-ground customers—from plant operators to drivers, and batch to QC
· Provide feedback to internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) on performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities
· Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate customer operations, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
Qualifications
· Years of Experience in Business or Engineering disciplines
· Technical proficiency with mechanical systems, electronics, or IoT systems strongly preferred
· Experience in construction, materials, or industrial environments a plus
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train and influence diverse stakeholders
· Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and follow-up abilities
· Comfortable with frequent travel and hands-on work in plant or construction environments (up to 80%)
· Willingness to work non-traditional hours to align with customer schedules
· High-school diploma required; College degree preferred (Engineering or Business)
