As a Customer Support Associate, Call Centre, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to patient enquiries and provide accurate information or assistance.
- Share service-related details and guide callers on processes.
- Schedule appointments for hospital departments, SAF personnel, and CHAS clinics.
- Adhere to established call handling and communication standards.
- Maintain a neat and organised workstation.
- Support patient feedback or survey activities with the Public Relations team.
- Participate in assigned committees or improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and assist in training new team members.
- Carry out other administrative or operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N/O' Levels
- At least 1 year of call centre working environment
