Our client is one of the leading players in the Semiconductor sector.
Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Quality Engineer to be part of their Quality team for ongoing transformation projects.
They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Responsibilities of Customer Quality Engineer :
- Act as the main contact for customer quality issues, communication, and audits
- Lead investigations, implement CAPA, and close non-conformance cases
- Monitor quality data, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to ensure compliance
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and maintain process control documentation
- Provide training on quality standards and best practices to internal teams
Requirements:
- Min Degree in engineering field
- Min 4-5 years of customer quality experience in equipment manufacturing industry
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in ISO 9001, root cause analysis tools, and CAPA processes.
