Cyber Security Leadership:
Act as the regional focal point for the Global Cyber Security team.
Lead and deliver all relevant cyber security global initiatives and projects in the assigned region.
Develop and articulate cyber security methodologies, controls, policies, and process documents.
Lead efforts to ensure compliance with internal and external cybersecurity regulations.
Provide support for audits, including planning, execution, and remediation activities.
Operational Technology (OT) Security:
Implement and maintain OT systems within the manufacturing environment.
Manage OT system assets and inventory.
Coordinate and implement access management for OT systems.
Regularly update and patch OT systems.
Ensure anti-virus definitions are consistently updated on all OT assets.
Perform regular backups and recovery based on plant policies.
Manage change request processes related to OT systems.
Work with Corporate Cyber Security team to implement critical security updates.
Lead incident response and investigation for OT-related security incidents.
Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement measures.
Support and conduct Business Continuity Planning (BCP) exercises.
Design and maintain OT network architecture in line with global standards.
Conduct compliance assessments and internal audit preparation.
Collaboration and Integration:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including IT, cybersecurity, maintenance, production, and quality assurance.
Ensure smooth technology integration with an emphasis on operational efficiency and safety.
Preferred Skills and Certifications:
ITIL Foundation Certification (minimum), with experience in ITIL Service Management.
Hands‐on experience in Trellix administration and management.
Microsoft MCSA / MCSE (preferred).
Cisco Certified CCNP (Routing & Switching).
Cisco CCIE (preferred).
CommVault Certified Professional (preferred).
