Cybersecurity Engineer (Governance)



Job description

Develops and delivers user training and awareness programs to promote cybersecurity best practices across the organization.


Assist in the implementation and management of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.


Conducts regular security awareness campaigns and training sessions for employees.


Monitors and reports on compliance with cybersecurity policies, standards, and regulations.


Supports the development and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines.


Collaborates with various departments to ensure alignment with cybersecurity governance objectives.


Performs risk assessments and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies.


Stays updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulatory requirements.


Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a relevant field.


Minimum 2 years’ of experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst or in a similar role, running user training and awareness campaigns.


Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus.


Familiarity with Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts and frameworks.


Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.


Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Location and Working Hours
Location: 50 Gul Road, Singapore (Islandwide transport provided).


Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5.15pm, Friday: 8:00am – 4.30pm.
