Responsibilities
Support our customers in maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to IT infrastructure components.
Execute installation, configuration, and upkeep of new software and hardware as part of customers’ project requirements.
Carry out preventive maintenance to customers’ IT infrastructure.
Coordinate with principal vendors to manage and resolve complex support issues effectively.
Manage inventory control and accurate documentation of IT systems and devices.
Create and implement automation using open-source software to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
Relevant cyber‐security or professional certifications are preferable.
Prior experience in system administration, network administration, or cyber‐security administration is advantageous.
Demonstrated strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‐paced environment.
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
