We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our Corporate Banking team.

πΌ Role: Data Analyst β Corporate Banking
Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple banking systems (e.g., loans, treasury, trade finance, payments).
Support the preparation and validation of MAS regulatory reports (e.g., MAS 610, MAS 649) in compliance with reporting standards.
Conduct data analysis across corporate banking portfolios, including lending, deposits, trade finance, and treasury products.
Perform trend, variance, and scenario analyses to support business performance, pricing, and profitability initiatives.
Collaborate with business and compliance teams to translate regulatory and business requirements into data-driven solutions.
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal data governance and regulatory policies.
Partner with technology teams to enhance data pipelines, automate reporting processes, and enable advanced analytics use cases.
Bachelorβs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
2β5 years of experience as a Data Analyst within banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of corporate banking products (loans, deposits, trade finance, treasury, payments).
Familiarity with regulatory reporting frameworks, particularly MAS reporting standards.
Proficiency in SQL, and experience with data analysis tools such as Python or R.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data warehousing, ETL, or big data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark).
Exposure to machine learning applications in credit, risk, or client segmentation.
Strong business acumen with the ability to link data insights to revenue, cost, and risk drivers.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
