My client is looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy individual to support a data integrity and system enhancement initiative within the Workday HR system .
This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across various employee information records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive data cleaning and reconciliation in Workday, focusing on employee information across multiple data fields, including educational qualifications, professional certifications, learning and development records, and other relevant data attributes.
- Verify employee information through direct engagement with staff to validate and update data, cross-referencing records with source documents to ensure accuracy, and identifying and resolving data gaps or discrepancies.
- Support process improvements and assist with ad-hoc administrative or data-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably involving HR systems or data management.
- Experience with Workday will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working across multiple IT platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, good analytical ability, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
