We are hiring a Data Analytics Senior Executive (Customer Service) to support the Customer Service team.
This role is key in driving data insights, maintaining system efficiency, and supporting innovation initiatives such as Zendesk and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.
Start in Oct, 6 months contract (Maternity Cover)
Mon- Fri: 8.30am – 6.00pm
West, 1 min walk near MRT
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and optimize Zendesk workflows, user accounts, and license usage
• Build and update dashboards using BigQuery SQL
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for Zendesk-related automations
• Collaborate on RPA workflows and CS innovation projects (e.g., Voicebot, Chatbot)
• Generate monthly performance reports and ad-hoc data insights
• Manage webform updates and troubleshoot issues with developers
• Support UAT and project coordination with cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements:

Degree
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms.
• Experience with SQL querying, preferably in BigQuery.
• Understanding of RPA concepts and workflow management.
