Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of data analytics strategies across healthcare domains.
- Build and maintain automated data pipelines, ETL processes, and interactive dashboards.
- Clean, validate, and analyze large healthcare datasets using advanced statistical and machine learning methods, including LLMs.
- Support clinical research and quality improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to integrate PROMs and optimize care pathways.
- Take ownership of relevant data assets and databases, ensuring proper data governance, security, and protection practices are applied across all initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, perform quality checks, and deliver clear, stakeholder-friendly reports and visualizations.
- Uphold data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Implement secure, responsible data sharing and AI model deployment practices.
- Work cross-functionally to enhance data accessibility, visibility, and usability across the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related domain.
- Demonstrated experience developing and deploying LLM applications in production environments with GitHub portfolio showcasing LLM/AI agent projects and clear documentation of role and contributions
- Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems beyond academic coursework with evidence of real-world implementation through public repositories, deployed applications, or detailed project case studies
- Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire).
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS and Databricks), container tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and web frameworks (Streamlit, Next.js, TypeScript).
- Skilled in statistical analysis, machine learning (including LLMs), and handling large datasets.
- Familiar with REST APIs (e.g., FastAPI), Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, medical terminology, and data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA, HBRA).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
