+ **Keep Our Infrastructure Strong** You’ll monitor and maintain essential systems—power, cooling, fire suppression—and ensure everything is clean, organized, and operating at peak performance.
+ **Protect What Matters** You’ll manage physical security, from access control and CCTV to visitor escorting and incident reporting.

You’ll help us stay compliant and safe.
+ **Support IT Operations** You’ll assist with system health checks, basic troubleshooting, backups, and user access.

You’ll also help document and report on operations to keep everything transparent and traceable.

**Required Skills and Experience**

+ Background in **Information Technology** , **Facilities Management** , or a related field (Diploma or Degree).
+ At least **2 years of experience** in IT operations, data centre support, or infrastructure environments.
+ Solid understanding of **infrastructure systems** such as power, cooling, and fire suppression, as well as basic IT operations.
+ Familiarity with **security principles** , access control, and compliance standards.
+ Strong **problem-solving** and **analytical thinking** —you know how to assess situations and act with clarity.
+ Effective **communication and coordination skills** —you work well across teams and with external partners.
+ Willingness to work in **rotating shifts** and respond to operational emergencies when needed.

+ Certification in **ITIL Foundation** or similar IT service management frameworks.
+ Recognized **Data Centre Operations** certification.
+ Basic certifications in **IT infrastructure** (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, or equivalent).
+ Awareness of **security protocols** and completion of a security awareness certification.
+ Experience with **documentation and reporting tools** to support operational transparency.
