Candidates will support the manpower teams digitalisation efforts, which includes:
- - Processing textual information, e.g. reports and emails, into datasets for data analytics
- - Reconciling past and current data records to improve data quality
- - Working with stakeholders to ensure that data records are comprehensive and robust
- Translating data into simple visualisation using Power BI, Tableau
Requirement:
- - Able to start work immediately
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel:
- - Meticulous and organised
- Skilled in using formulas to organise, clean, and validate data
- Familiar with Power Query for bulk data cleaning and macro scripts for task automation
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau
- Relevant working experience, i.e. manpower planning in government agencies, would be helpful
Duration/ Working hours:
3 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
