Job Description
Shopee's Data Product Management team is looking for data talents to design, build, and enhance data marts and data products in our e-commerce ecosystem.

Both Data Marts and Data Products play a key role in facilitating and maximising the effectiveness of data to provide our users better experience with Shopee.


Own and drive product roadmap of various data marts / data products supporting internal / external data users.


Manage and work closely with various stakeholders to drive and implement product enhancements to fulfill user and business requirements.


Prioritize users’ requests and deliver high-quality Product Requirements Document (PRD) with a clear goal, scope, user scenarios, analytics framework, and data logic to meet users’ needs.


Collaborate with other product teams, engineer teams and project manager to drive feature release while ensuring quality, speed, and sustainability.


Promote and drive usage of data marts / data products across regional and local data users through initiatives such as conducting sharing and training sessions, creating and maintaining user guides.


Be the data domain expert for your portfolio.


Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Analytics, Statistics is preferred, open to graduates with less than two years of work experience.


Previous internship experience in the e-commerce industry or product management is preferred.


Experience in SQL, creating dashboard using BI tools is preferred.


Excellent analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, stakeholder management, project management, product sense, communication and writing skills.


Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.


Energetic, positive attitude and an effective team player.
