We're seeking a mid-level Data Scientist to drive data-driven insights and build ML solutions that directly optimize patient outcomes and therapy adherence metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex healthcare and patient engagement data to extract insights that drive product and clinical decision-making.
- Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models to support cancer care resiliency pathways.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to transform data into meaningful patient-centered experiences.
- Develop robust data pipelines and workflows, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and accessibility.
- Apply statistical methods and advanced analytics to evaluate intervention effectiveness and patient outcomes.
- Stay current with emerging techniques in data science, machine learning, and AI, and bring innovative approaches to the team.
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R, with experience in libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with data wrangling, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with healthcare datasets or experience working in healthtech/clinical settings is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.) is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, suited to an interdisciplinary environment.
