Job Summary: An exciting opportunity to lead sales, service, and logistics teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to set annual sales and service budgets and strategic business plans.
- Lead sales and service teams to achieve revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Drive up-selling and cross-selling with existing customers and reactivate inactive accounts.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to strengthen sales strategies.
- Ensure profitability of both performance and non-performance parts through monitoring of cost, pricing, and margins.
- Oversee service operations, ensuring repairs meet manufacturers' standards and are completed on time.
- Maintain high efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction across all service activities.
- Implement control systems to safeguard technical records, warranty claims, and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with principals, customers, and suppliers to support business growth.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with business strategy.
- Benchmark against competitors and implement tools/programs to expand market share and prevent customer loss.
- Establish annual stock levels in coordination with regional management.
- Optimize inventory planning to reduce obsolescence and improve fill rates.
- Manage logistics, warehouse, and third-party logistics partners to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in SAP and CRM systems.
- Monitor sales and service order performance using BIW tools and provide monthly reports for visibility and accountability.
- Lead and develop a sales, service, logistics, and warehouse team.
- Implement performance management, training, and onboarding programs.
- Manage expenses and receivables within budget expectations.
- Collaborate with sales teams on non-Golf products, including business planning, stock utilization, and customer engagement.
- Partner with project, installation, and supply chain functions for end-to-end support.
- Enforce compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, safety practices, and discipline across office and service operations.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years' experience in After-Sales operations and customer service, with proven leadership in managing parts and service teams.
- 3–5 years' experience in spare parts sales or related technical sales.
- Strong knowledge of sales contracts, processes, and service standards.
- Proficient in SAP BW, CRM, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skilled in sales forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
