Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations and support matters and ensure maintenance works comply to contractual requirements, company policies and local regulations.
• Point of Contact to handle escalated issues and address operational issues or queries from customers.
• Manage budget and ensures revenue growth of department aligns to organization goal.
• Develop new capabilities and secure new businesses by collaborating with internal teams and industry partners.
• Plan and facilitate staff professional growth.
• Fosters an innovative working culture and drives continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Min 2 Years Experience as Service Delivery Manager related to M&E engineering
• Hands on experience in maintenance of Power Generators, HVAC, electrical power systems and Hydraulic Systems preferred
• Strong understanding of local codes, regulations, and standards related to M&E service
• Excellent presentation skills, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues.
