The Marketing team, under the leadership of the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, is seeking a professional with strong leadership skills, an excellent command of design principles, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to elevate Amity Global Institute's brand awareness and engage with our target audience.
Create compelling content, including posts, videos, and stories, that showcase Amity's academic offerings, campus life, student testimonials, and industry partnerships.
Design and video editing to support multimedia content development.
Monitor social media channels to respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to enhance Amity's online presence.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional design experience, preferably within the education or non-profit sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Chinese language.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-quality design work across various media.
Expert user of the latest Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, After Effects).
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Has strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, working within tight timelines with a quick turnaround.
Other Skills
Experience with creating animated gifs using After Effects or Photoshop
Videography and editing skills, via Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Fluency in web design, UI/UX, and Adobe Experience Manager
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
