**Site**.## **JOB DESCRIPTION**## **JOB REQUIREMENTS*** Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent* More than 4-5 years of relevant experience* Good communication and organisation skills with a keen eye for details* Analytical, resourceful, good problem-solving capability and proactive team player* Strong financial literacy skills* Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced work environment* Prior audit background and experience in REIT industry preferred* Experience with SAP/BPC and Yardi preferred## **BUSINESS SEGMENT**Real Estate## **PLATFORM**Fund Management* Responsible for preparation and analysis of the Group’s annual budget and periodic forecasts for group financials, including consolidation of financials, variance analysis, cash flow management, planning, budgeting and forecasting and liaising with various business stakeholders* Prepare and deliver budget/forecast presentations for meetings with Management, including underlying key assumptions, trend or scenario analysis, and variance analysis* Analyse financial results and identify improvement opportunities in internal controls, processes, policies and procedures* Perform variance analysis for Group of entities including monthly analytical review on property level statistics for all properties* To participate in and support the REIT’s ESG efforts and reporting* Preparation of tax computation and unitholding matters for the REIT* Assist in periodical financial reporting, including Group Reporting tasks, financial statements, preparation for SGX and MAS reporting, and liaisons with internal/external auditors/tax agents.* Liaison with finance teams and ensure timely reporting from them* Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements* Support system implementation/improvements as necessary* Support in ad hoc projects and other initiatives as assigned* Other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be requested by your immediate supervisor and/or the head of department from time to timeKeppel is a global asset manager and operator headquartered in Singapore.
