Job Title: Deputy Project Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Closely collaborate with the Project Director and Manager to develop, update and maintain essential project documentation.
- Assist in managing communications, reporting, stakeholder expectations, internal and external to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work alongside cross-functional team members including Solution Architects, Technical Leads, System Engineers and the Implementation Team.
- Coordinate with Product Specialists and Technical Subject Matter Experts as needed to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Review and monitor work produced by team members to ensure compliance with project specifications and customer expectations.
- Support pre-sales activities contributing to technical solutioning, effort and timeline estimation, and project delivery planning for tenders, RFPs and presentations.
Requirements/Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Technical Lead or Project/Implementation Lead, with a strong track record delivering railway communication systems.
- Technical Skills: Experience in understanding and reviewing Communication System/solution design, BIM modelling / MicroStation 3D CAD, Primavera P6 scheduling, Construction safety requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills building effective relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, project reporting and progress updates.
- Leadership capabilities, collaborative team player, highly organised, self-motivated and results-driven.
- Able to work independently and manage priorities under tight timelines in complex project environments.
