Role And Responsibilities
Overview
This position will work closely with the Design and Construction Manager, Assistant Manager or the client (or both) and play a pivotal role in driving project success.
You will own managing the masters of space chargeback, reporting and occupancy movement within the client premises across the South East Asia region, and assist the Design and Construction Manager and Assistant Manager to manage churn move requests from the client business groups, and small projects from space planning to execution.
You will engage with Real Estate and Services (RES), business groups, facilities management, and external parties to ensure CAFM master data is updated in a dynamic environment and churn deliverables meet high standards and client satisfaction.
Located in Singapore, you will work on the Singapore portfolio and other South-East Asia regions via the client CAFM system.
Major Responsibilities
Space, Project & Move Management
Work closely with Design & Construction Manager and Assistant Manager and client to ensure high accuracy of CAFM updates for reporting to stakeholders.
Ensure monthly space chargeback reporting is updated in accordance with business groups’ feedback and sign-off before the cut-off timeline.
Coordinate with regional CAFM team to keep CAFM information for South-East Asia regions up to date and resolve CAFM matters.
Co-lead with Assistant Manager on churn moves and small projects, manage external contractors, vendors, and onsite facilities management team to meet timelines.
Ensure proposals for small projects align with client design guidelines and comply with local health and safety standards and policies.
Create ADT / CAD drawings for space planning projects and ensure compliance with local codes, updating the client CAFM system.
Co-lead with the Design and Construction Manager and Assistant Manager to coordinate with stakeholders and vendors on cost and timeline for move requests.
Explore and introduce technology and digital platforms to improve project management and CAFM space chargeback reporting.
Ensure data integrity across systems in the region and perform audits as needed.
Collaborate with Finance, Engineering and Hospitality teams to ensure site financial operations meet targets and adhere to financial processes and controls.
Generate reports and conduct presentations as required by service delivery and account management.
Client/Stakeholder Management

Candidate Specification: Key Selection Criteria
Ideal Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet client requirements.
Strong analytical, organizational and administrative skills.
Minimum 4–6 years in space occupancy strategy-planning & project management / construction fit-out.
Relevant certifications in space occupancy management, project management, building, business or related field are beneficial but not mandatory.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Archibus is advantageous.
Willingness to supervise ad-hoc works during weekends and public holidays.
Experience in Asia Pacific is desirable, specifically Singapore or Hong Kong.
