Key Responsibilities
Design and Interior Design
- Imagine and deliver interior design projects that capture and elevate the brand ethos
- Develop spatial layouts, renderings, and mood boards using SketchUp
- Create design presentations, signage, and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Collaborate with contractors and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery
Branding and Marketing
- Strengthen and protect the brand identity across every touchpoint
- Lead marketing campaigns, social media storytelling, and community engagement
- Create photography, videography, and content that connects deeply with our audience
Operations and Maintenance
- Participate in daily operations to ensure a seamless guest and team experience
- Manage repairs, maintenance, and upkeep to keep every detail of the space safe, functional, and welcoming
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to maintain high standards
- Continuously review workflows and implement improvements for efficiency and excellence
Guest Relations
- Be a host and brand ambassador, creating genuine connections with guests and partners
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with warmth and professionalism
- Use CRM tools and guest feedback to craft personalised experiences and lasting loyalty
Skills and Qualities
- Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Experience in design, branding, or marketing, ideally within hospitality or lifestyle industries
- Knowledge of hospitality operations, facilities, and vendor management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural sense of hospitality
- Project management ability with a balance of creativity and precision
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to inspire and lead others
