Design & Develop Web Applications
- Build responsive and scalable web applications for internal and external users (e.g., project dashboards, contractor portals, resource tracking tools).
- Develop user-friendly interfaces for project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.
## Education Qualification: Diploma in Computer Technology.
- Working hours 8am to 5pm and Sometimes you may have to work until 8pm if there is work available.
However, you must be willing to work during this time 2-3 days per week.
- Integration with Construction Systems
Integrate web apps with industry-specific software (e.g., BIM, AutoCAD, SAP, project management tools).
Connect apps to IoT devices or sensors used on construction sites (e.g., for monitoring equipment or environmental data).
- Database Design & Management
Design and maintain relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) to manage construction data like project timelines, material inventory, safety records, etc.
- Project Collaboration Tools
Develop features that support collaboration across stakeholders: contractors, engineers, suppliers, and clients.
Implement document management systems for drawings, blueprints, and contracts.
- System Maintenance & Upgrades
Monitor and maintain web systems to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
Perform regular updates and implement enhancements based on user feedback or regulatory changes.
- Security & Compliance
Ensure applications comply with Singapore's data protection laws (e.g., PDPA).
Implement access control, data encryption, and secure login features - Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
Work closely with civil engineers, quantity surveyors, and site managers to understand construction workflows and translate them into digital solutions.
Coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Build real-time dashboards for monitoring KPIs (e.g., project progress, worker productivity, budget usage).
Generate custom reports for clients or government authorities.
- Troubleshooting & User Support
- Provide support to users across multiple construction projects.
- Train staff on using new systems or modules effectively.
