InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay is seeking a passionate and driven Design & Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team.

This hands-on, brand-forward role is suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys ideating creative campaigns, and takes pride in delivering quality marketing initiatives.

As the Design & Social Media Executive, you drive the visual and creative direction for InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay and Publico Ristorante, overseeing all creative output from graphic design and photography to social media content, ensuring brand integrity, aesthetic excellence and storytelling that captivates and converts across all our marketing channels.

Your Day to Day

Design & Creative

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute creative assets across digital and offline channels to tell compelling brand stories.

  • Custodian of brand standards for both InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay and Publico Ristorante, maintaining consistency while allowing for brand individuality.

  • Conduct brand audits and hygiene checks to ensure alignment with visual and tone guidelines.

  • Lead and manage photoshoots and video productions from concept through post-production, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, quality and creativity.

Social Media Marketing

  • Create visually striking assets for both brands’ monthly social media handles (Facebook, Instragram), and the hotel’s LinkedIn handle, collaborating with the Marketing Team to enhance engagement and visibility.

  • Ensure adherence to the respective brands’ social media strategy, through content planning and execution that drives brand storytelling and audience growth.

  • Conduct monthly reviews on social media performance and consumer trends to derive meaningful learnings and actions.

  • Optimize social media budgets to ensure budget adherence and effective allocation.

Budget & Reporting

  • Maintain budget tracker in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Collect vendor quotes, ensure timely approvals and payments.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviours to identify opportunities.

Team & Stakeholder Support

  • Develop effective relationships within the Marketing team and cross-functionally to align creative outputs with campaign goals, ensuring all content is visually engaging and strategically effective.

  • Collaborate across departments to understand, clarify, and translate briefs into impactful design solutions; secure buy-in on creative direction and key deliverables.

  • Liaise with vendors to source quotations, manage timelines, and oversee execution of deliverables.

  • Partner with agency and production teams for festive and brand photoshoots to craft compelling briefs, maintain brand integrity, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

  • Guide and mentor the Marketing Intern, nurturing creative skills and translating strategic initiatives into actionable projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Visual Communications, or related creative filed with minimum 2 years working experience in a creative design, branding or marketing role.

  • Prior experience in hospitality, luxury lifestyle and premium F&B sectors would be advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Lightroom) and other relevant design tools.

  • Proficiency in social media photography and digital content best practices.

  • Highly collaborative, thrives in a team environment and builds strong relationships with stakeholders.

    Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Curious, culturally attuned, and always seeking fresh, relevant ways to evolve the brand’s visual expression.

    Comfortable balancing creativity with commercial and brand objectives.
