Responsibilities
Provide desktop support to end users: receive, prioritize, document, troubleshoot, and resolve issues; escalate when needed to meet SLAs
Perform imaging / re-imaging, and maintain asset inventories
Liaise with 3rd party vendors or resolver groups for technical escalations
Maintain and update incident records
Create and update work instructions, standards, and procedures
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
At least one of the following (or equivalent):
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Security+
CompTIA Network+
Microsoft Certified: Windows Client
Microsoft Certified: Managing Modern Desktops
Experience in IT helpdesk operations, remote support via telephone or remote tools is a plus
Good working knowledge in support of workstations and related components
Good coordination and time management skills; ability to prioritize under urgency
Ability to work well with teammates and escalate / coordinate with managers transparently
