- Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 support, both remotely and onsite.
- Perform software installations, upgrades, and configurations.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Handle OS imaging and deployments using tools like SCCM or Intunes.
- Respond to incidents and service requests via ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Maintain and update documentation, asset inventories, and user guides.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure and network teams for advanced troubleshooting.
- Provide support during system rollouts, upgrades, and migrations.
- Adhere to ITIL best practices and organizational security policies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in desktop or end-user support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10/11), Microsoft Office 365 suite, and basic networking.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and experience working in an ITSM environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP/MCSA, or ITIL Foundation are a plus
