Job Details:
Location: Islandwide
Salary: Up to 2400 (Depends on Qualification & Relevant Work Experience)
Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract (Renewable)
Work Day: Mondays to Fridays
Work Hours: Office Hours
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Perform hardware and software installation, configuration, and upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, network connectivity, and user access
- Handle incident tickets via IT service desk systems and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or vendors
- Maintain and manage inventory of IT assets including desktops, peripherals, and software licenses
- Ensure timely deployment of patches, updates, and antivirus definitions
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and access rights
- Assist in IT documentation, SOP updates, and user guides
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, security protocols, and data privacy guidelines
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in IT/Related Courses
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in an IT Desktop Support or Service Desk role
- Good understanding of troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Familiar with common IT tools, ticketing systems, and remote support platforms
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- OK to travel to different schools in Singapore
