Job Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
- Respond to incidents in a timely manner, investigate root causes, and implement temporary or permanent fixes.
- Fulfill service requests and ensure user satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain systems in line with agreed service levels.
- Participate in system configuration, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain inventory and user details
- Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications that are found in the Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs. Examples of such software are Windows 10 OS or any bank standard desktop OS, MS Office, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, etc
Requirements
- At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma
- At least 2 years of end user support environment experience
- Knowledge of Windows 10 (Windows 11 experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
