Microsoft Certified: Managing Modern Desktops
- Experience in IT helpdesk operations, remote support via telephone or remote tools is a plus
- Good working knowledge in support of workstations and related components
- Good coordination and time management skills; ability to prioritize under urgency
- Ability to work well with teammates and escalate / coordinate with managers transparently
